As many other people before have said, these speakers are the best buy for their price range. The bass is amazingly good, and I like the side-firing subwoofer. The permanently connected wires are a pain when I want to move the speakers around, but it's not a huge problem. The set goes very loud without distortion, and the sound is very high quality. One thing that I did not know before the set arrived was that a RCA to 3.5mm adapter is included. (So you can plug the set into your DVD player/home theater, etc.)
