I am very happy with the Firm 75 cm stability ball! I paid under $20 through amazon, which is the best price I found for the kit. I've been using it for about 2 months, and I think I may have pumped the ball twice in that time. I prefer for the stability ball to be extremely firm, as it challenges my body more. So, if I notice the ball feels a little soft or it gives more than I'd like, I just pop the plug out and pump it up a bit more. The video is adequate. I use it occasionally, but mostly I used it at the beginning for new exercises I could do with the ball. If I had the chance to do it again, I'd purchase this ball. See Full Customer Review |
